Self Check-in / Check-out
For guests who wish an anonymous and uncomplicated guest contact or who arrive outside the opening hours of the reception, a check in/out terminal is available. There you can check in and out at any time and without any complications. This is a service that is highly appreciated by many guests. Of course, we will also be happy to welcome you personally during regular opening hours, which will be indicated in the booking confirmation.
Self Check-in Terminal
| 1. | Please enter your last name in the "last name" field and press "continue". |
| 2. | Your room reservation will be displayed, press "next" again. |
| 3. | Now enter your personal information and sign in the blank field at the bottom. Each field must be filled in before you press "Ok & next". |
| 4. | Click "continue" again and you will receive a key card from the terminal. Please don't forget to take the receipt in the lower left compartment as it has your room information and Wi-Fi code on it. |
Lost Key
In case you forgot or lost your key, proceed as follows:
| 1. | Press "Lost Key". |
| 2. | Enter your last name, date of birth and room number. |
| 3. | A "Lost Key" will be generated. Please do not forget to take the receipt in the lower left compartment as it has your room information on it. |
